What we collect and why.

Who this covers

Two different groups of people, and the distinction matters:

  • Visitors and prospects — you, if you're reading this and thinking about hiring us. We're the ones deciding what happens to your information.
  • Our clients' customers — homeowners who call a contractor that uses our system. There, the contractor decides what happens to that information and we act on their instructions. If you're a homeowner trying to get your details removed, contact the contractor you called, or contact us and we'll route it.

What we collect from visitors and prospects

  • What you type into our forms: name, company, email, phone number, state, how you track estimates, and anything you write in a message field.
  • Consent records: if you ask our AI to call you, we store the number you entered, the time, the IP address it came from, the exact wording shown to you, and the version of the page. That record exists specifically so that permission is provable rather than asserted.
  • Estimate audit data: if you request an audit, whatever you give us read-only access to, or the report you export to us. We use it to produce your audit.
  • Correspondence: emails, texts, and call recordings between you and us.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts on this site, and there are no cookies set for advertising purposes.

What we do with it

  • Answer you, prepare what you asked for, and provide the service if you buy.
  • Demonstrate consent, where you gave it, if that is ever questioned.
  • Meet our legal obligations and keep our own records.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We share it only with the vendors that operate parts of our service — telephony, messaging, payments, hosting, and the AI models that power our agents — and only as much as each of them needs to do their part.

Call recordings

Calls handled by our agents are recorded and transcribed, and every call opens by saying so. Recordings and transcripts are available to the contractor whose line was called, in their dashboard.

We do not create or store voiceprints, speaker identifiers, or any other voice biometric.

How long we keep it

Prospect enquiries: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Consent records: for as long as we may need to evidence the permission, and normally at least 4 years. Client service data, including recordings: for the life of the engagement and a reasonable wind-down period afterwards, or per the client's own instruction.

Your choices

  • Stop messages: reply STOP to any text, or unsubscribe from any email. Both work immediately and permanently.
  • Withdraw consent to be called: tell us during a call or by email. We'll action it and keep the record of the withdrawal.
  • Access or deletion: email [email protected] and we'll confirm what we hold and delete what we're not legally required to keep.

Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights over your personal information. We'll honour those requests regardless of whether your state grants them.

Security, honestly stated

We limit access to what people need, encrypt data in transit, and keep credentials out of the systems our agents can reach. No one can promise perfect security, and a vendor who does is telling you something they can't know.

Changes

If we change this notice materially we'll update the date at the top, and we'll tell clients directly rather than relying on you to re-read the page.
