Front Desk · from $1,500 setup + $497/month
A furnace dies at 11pm. They call three shops. The first one to answer gets the job.
You already know what happens to the calls that go to voicemail on a Saturday night, because you've been on the other end of it — the homeowner doesn't leave a message, they just dial the next name on the list.
Two tiers
After Hours
Nights, weekends, and holidays — the hours where a missed call is most likely to be an emergency, and most likely to be lost for good.
Always On
Round the clock, plus daytime overflow and ring-out — so a call that would have gone to hold when your office is slammed gets answered instead.
What stops hitting voicemail
- Emergency triage against your own rules — the definitions you gave us in your words, not a generic template.
- Your on-call tech texted with the address, the problem as the customer described it, and a callback number.
- Missed-call textback — if a call does get away, the caller gets a text within seconds rather than silence.
- Booking into your calendar or CRM, in the slots you said were bookable.
- Live transfer to a human when one is available and the caller needs one.
- The full call log — recording and transcript for every call, in the dashboard.
What it does not do
It does not diagnose, and it does not quote a firm price. It works within the ranges you approved and refuses to go past them.
It does not guess. If it isn't confident, it takes a message or transfers to a person — deliberately, every time.
It does not dispatch. It tells your on-call tech what's happening; the decision about who goes where stays with you.
It does not replace your phone system. We answer a number. Your existing line stays exactly where it is, and we can hand it straight back to you in one change if you ever want that.
Every call opens the same way
The agent says it's an AI assistant and that the call is recorded — first line, every call, no exceptions. You can't turn it off and neither can we.
That is partly the law and partly the point. Recording notice rules vary by state and the agent has no way of knowing where a caller is, so we run the strictest version everywhere rather than guessing. It also means no customer of yours ever finds out afterwards that they were talking to software, which is the version of this that costs you trust.
"My software already does this"
It probably does. So does ours — that's genuinely not where the difference is.
Is yours turned on?
Not a gotcha. That feature ships in a lot of products now. The gap is between having it and having it finished: your greeting, your emergency rules, your price ranges, your brands, your escalation order, tested against a couple of dozen real call scenarios before it ever picks up for a customer — and staying finished when you change your hours or add a tech. Somebody has to sit down for most of a day and do that, and that somebody is you.
If you've got a free day, buy a $49 tool and configure it. That's a real answer and it will save you money. If you haven't had a free day since 2019, that's what we're for.
The 90-Day Unsold Estimate Audit
Start with the follow-up record.
Even if the phones are what's bothering you, the audit is the cheapest way to start — it costs you three minutes and nothing else.
